Halloween 2013
Halloween Mystery Maze has come out again !
So, just go to South Buya and click the tree (NPC Halloween) and choose trick to enter.
But the maze is dark, so you may need candle to light up your surrounding area. Lantern is not allowed (make sure your shadow effect option is checked/turned on to see the lighting effect).
The NPC Halloween sells the candle for 1.500 coins. But don't just buy one. Buy more since candle is the only thing that can kill the monsters inside.
The monster die in 1 hit swing (melee), but you do too.
The candle only has 1 durabilty. So you will need a lot. Don't hesitate to kill the monsters. They reward you with some exp.
The number of monster that spawns correlate with the number of player inside the maze.
You will be kicked out automatically if die inside the maze.
But don't hunt in there, your goal is actually to get to the finish line to get a candy.
When you reach the finish line, you will get 1 halloween candy, small karma, 50 millions EXP, and "Finished Halloween Mystery House" legend mark.The picture below shows the bottom right finish line.
The candy then can be traded with the following rewards (see the NPC Halloween and click treat):
- 5 Candies
--> Medium Karma
- 8 Candies
--> 2x Creation Rate (1 creation)
- 25 Candies
--> 2x Drop Rate (2 hours per day)
- 25 Candies --> 2x Exp Rate (2 hours per day)
- 100 Candies
--> 12.500 Event Points (one time only) (What are event points? Read here!)
The candy can be traded and since finishing the maze gives you small karma, you might want to any char that you want to give the karma to.You need to know at near the finish line (the bottom left and right of the room), spawns a boss that is stronger (you will need 2 candles to kill it).
And to help you pass all the monsters, there are trap tiles that spawns randomly and changes in a period of time. Not all will help you though.
These are the traps:
This lava tile will kill you instantly.
This ice tile will slow your movement for 5 seconds.
This water tile is harmless to you, but it will put off your candle. You can avoid or unequip it before stepping on.
This speed tile will boost your movement speed for 8 seconds.
This invisible tile will make you invisible for 5 seconds. They can't see you, they can't kill you. The best tile!
This root tile will stun you, making you immobile for 5 seconds.
This mantra tile will kill all monsters within 3 tiles from you.
This hole time may warp you anywhere, randomly in the maze. You can be warped near the exit, middle, or back to the starting area.

Hint & Tips.- Always stay invisible.
- If alone, try to wait for someone else.
- Oftenly do refresh (ctrl + r)
- Feel it, calculate it, if the tile will change soon, stop moving.
- Keep using the hole tile to get to the lowest part of the maze.
- Thanks to Luxx, below level 99 can do the event too. So it may become solo hunt inside. Great oppotunity for those who lost 2x exp mode.
