The bless food spell from shaman/monk may show the vita healed per second.
You can use the spell to see the player true vita by reversing the formula.
(existing vita x 2%) + 2.500 = X
X is what is shown. Wait until the X is not changing (100% vita). The rest is simple math

(X - 2.500) x 100/2 = Existing Vita
(X - 2.500) x 50 = Existing Vita = True Vita
