Shepherd is one of the skill you can do in the game. It is one of the material gathering skills.
It is the only way to get fine wool. It is also the fastest way to get wool compared to hunting.
To do shepherd, go to forest coordinate 129,099
- Click the NPC to teach shepherd.
- You will get a beginner legend mark for Shepherd.
- Buy the wooden scissor.
- Click the NPC again and go to his farm.
Skill Mode
There are two methods how to do this; MANUAL or AUTOMATIC.

The MANUAL requires you to hunt as if you are a warrior/rogue as shown in the picture above.
Chasing the sheep and hit it with space bar with the wooden scissor equipped as weapon.
This method, though exhausting, rewards you with more exp and faster to level up.

The second method is slower, the AUTOMATIC one. The advantage of this method is you can leave your char (AFK). What you only need to do, before you enter, buy at least one sticky paper.
Go up in farm. There will be 4 small fixed sheep in the farm (if crowded by players like in picture above, you won't be able to see it).
If there is no empty place, this where the sticky paper becomes handy. use the sticky paper by standing next to player/players and facing them. You will approach him/her/them.
Then face the sheep in the middle and press space bar. You will enter the automatic mode automatically.
Your automatic mode will last depends on your tools. A full 100% tool with 1800 durability will gives you 1850 seconds of automatic work.
Keep in mind that you need to switch between tools manually after the last one is broken. You can go AFK for eating or watching TV or doing something else with this method.
A single slot inventory can hold:
- 10.000 wool
- 10.000 fine wool
The Level
Beginner --> Specialization = 1.000 points
Specialization --> Trained = 2.500 points
Trained --> Great = 5.000 points
Great --> Talented = 7.500 points
Talented --> Skilled = 20.000 points
Skilled --> Professional = 45.000 points
Professional --> Expert = 70.000 points
Expert --> Master = 90.000 points
The exp you gain is also depends on the item you get while shaving, example more exp if you get fine wool than wool.
The items you received, although random, will improves as your skill level progress. So a master level will definitely get more fine wool than a beginner level given the same time.
Everytime you level up, the working exp resets back to 0.
The Materials
The Materials you may get from Shepherd are:
- Fine wool
- Wool
You can sell those materials directly to NPC (low profit but short time) in Kaming's Cloth Collector (013,020) to NPC Clothes Collector.
Or use them as your weaving materials to make clothes and fine clothes and sell them to NPC Cloth too (high profit but longer time).
You can always sell the materials or the product to any buying player above the NPC price.
Maximized your profit by:
- Making "slave/s" char, since shepherd is not limited by any level and class. All newly born peasant can do shepherd.
- Multi windows/client (you can open multiple game windows with one computer). Make more "slaves" or simply make them work while you are hunting.
- Use auto-keyboard program / macro (Open the link, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
