Go to Northern Velotropolis and visit NPC Diri at 181,23. Ask him about rats. He will then ask you to reduce their population. He will ask you their meats as proof. Bring him 25 Rat Meats and 25 Big Rat Meats. The rats are located east of his farm. Enter the small crypt down the stairs. Return to him and he will give you the reward.
