Go to North Velotropolis and meet NPC Diri at 181,024. Ask him about needing help with the sheep. At first, you will be an amateur sheepherder. As you progresses, you will level up in the order as shown below:

Amateur --> Trained --> Experienced --> Skilled --> Seasoned --> Expert --> Professional --> Master --> Grand Master --> Legendary.

Your legend will be updated, synchronizing your level.
