SAGE MODE
Sage mode is a method to get "free" exp without hunting.
This method is designed for those who cannot actively play/hunt and still want to increase their stats.
While in the sage mode, the character will not able to get any exp from killing a monster.
You MAY and CAN kill monsters, you just won't get any exp.
In return, player will get exp after the sage mode has finished.
Player can do maximum 2 hours of sage mode a day (1 sage mode = 1 hour), giving player a total of 8 bilions of exp in return.
IF YOU GET ONLY 4 BIL EXP, THAT MEANS YOU ONLY DID 1 SAGE MODE. CLICK THE NPC AGAIN TO ENTER THE 2ND SAGE MODE.
The sage mode is not entirely free, you will need to pay some coins / battle point / play point to the NPC.
The amount of payment is correlated with your stats.
What you need to do in sage mode is actually nothing.
You can even log off your char and later claim the reward exp.
So you can log in to take sage mode, log off, and then log in again 1 hour later to claim the reward exp and re-take another sage mode.
You will still get exp from quest, daily events, and carnage while in sage mode.

To enter a sage mode, go to the forrest in south buya, coordinate (180,005).
Click NPC Monk and pay him some coins or whatever method you choose.
If you abort a sage mode, some % of the payment is not returned and you are considered to have used your sage mode limit that day.
You can view sage mode time counting down from F1 menu.
After the time has passed, you will only need to click the NPC again and choose Finish.
You will get your reward in 4 bil exp payment.
So check your current exp, incase it's full.
Limit Reset
Sage Mode limit resets at 12.00 AM Indonesian local time (EST+7).
If you took your last sage mode at 11.59 PM. Say at the next two minutes, 12.01 AM, you will have another 4 sage modes. Though you will have to wait another 58 minutes before you can take one.
That means, any sage mode taken "yesterday" or before the reset time, is considered "yesterday", regardless of when you claim the exp reward.
