TIME ZONE
UTC / GMT / EST may have the same off set.
As example, you can see the east coast of U.S. is -5.
So we can say it's UTC-5 or GMT-5 or EST-5
However, the rules are different in daylight saving time.
So the east coast of U.S. in Autumn or Winter are 5 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC-5 or EST-5),
and in Spring or Summer are 4 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC-4 or EST-4) while daylight saving is observed there.

The game server is set to use the GMT/UTC+7 time zone as default.
This is important to know since at 12.00 AM local time (GMT+7 / UTC+7), some quests or limit will be reset back to 0.
Meaning you can do the quest again.
Currently, these are the things that the delay will be reset back to 0 when the time hit the 12.00 AM.
- Easy adventure quest
- Cloth donation quest
- Sage mode
- Star bless quest
- Worshipping totem quest
