Black Screen Issue
Described as the never ending black screen when you try to log in the game. After opening the game, the loading never make it to the main screen.
This usually happens when you are lagging real bad or idling too long in main screen but hasn't login in the game yet.
The problems is really related to your current IP Address. Either the sever block you temporarily or something else cause this. No idea, I'm not an IT tech.
Fortunately, the solution is quite easy.
Change your IP Address by switching your internet connection. If on wireless, plug the cable directly to your comp/laptop. or unplug the cable and use wireless mode (assuming you have or can do this easily).
If you can't do that or such method is unavailable for you. You may need to turn off the modem/wireless device and wait for some time. It may be 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, no idea.
No specified time since everyone may experience different result.
Alternate Method (some says it does not work for them, but still worth a try):
Using Google DNS.
1. Open control panel --> Network and Internet --> Network and Sharing Center
or right click your internet icon in your right bottom corner screen and select Open Network and Sharing Center.
2. Click Change Adapter Settings.
3. Right click the connection you are using (Local Area Connection or Wireless Network Connection) and click properties.
4. Under Networking tab, Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) or Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and then click Properties.
5. Click Advanced and select the DNS tab. If there are any DNS server IP addresses listed there, write them down for future reference, and remove them from this window.
6. Click OK.
7. Select Use the following DNS server addresses. If there are any IP addresses listed in the Preferred DNS server or Alternate DNS server, write them down for future reference.
8. Replace those addresses with the IP addresses of the Google DNS servers (as shown in the picture below):
- For IPv4: 8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4.
- For IPv6: 2001:4860:4860::8888 and/or 2001:4860:4860::8844
9. Click Ok.

Currently, due to some reasons like shared internet connection of the game server or something else, most or even all international player (playing not from Indonesia) experience lags.
Although GM Yuri has planned to get a new server to improve this, unfortunately he cannot provide the exact time/date it will be available. Just consider this news is a miracle that will never happen.
The good news, using VPN* may improve the lag issue from minimal to none at all. The bad news, not all VPN service are free.
Which one the best? There are mixed reviews, so I have no idea, so go ahead ask some member who are still using it.
You can also do trial and error if you don't mind with paying.
I recommend to connect to Asian server (try which one is the best for you) once you have the VPN.
